Katy Kelly is the Founder and CEO TRS, a digital health platform dedicated to empowering justice-impacted individuals through personalized reentry support powered by AI. With a background in sales, marketing, and advocacy, Katy leads TRS in addressing the social determinants of health to break the cycle of recidivism. Currently part of Techstars, she is driving TRS to partner with managed care plans as a paying customer to expand access to healthcare for underserved communities. Katy is also an alum of the University of Michigan's NSF I-Corps and MSU's Conquer Accelerator, committed to fostering economic mobility and health equity.
